Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to purchases made on 3 Worx Shop (shop.3worxsolutions.com), operated by 3 Worx Solutions ("3 Worx", "we", "us"). 3 Worx is a reseller of technology products. Products are supplied by our supplier partners and are shipped directly from their warehouses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

1. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in South African Rand. 3 Worx is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added by us. Prices, stock and availability are set according to our supplier partners and can change at any time until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable or a price error occurs before confirmation, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

2. Delivery

Orders ship directly from our supplier partners' warehouses, and delivery follows each supplier's delivery terms. Delivery costs depend on the delivery location and the size of the shipment, and are shown at checkout or confirmed to you before dispatch.

3. Warranties

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods, inclusions and exclusions are set by each manufacturer; please check the manufacturer's official website for its warranty terms. This is in addition to your rights under the CPA.

4. Returns, refunds and repairs

3 Worx handles consumer returns and refunds in line with the CPA. Please contact us before returning an item. Defective items returned within the applicable return period are assessed under our supplier partner's out-of-box failure and warranty process. Items must be returned in their original box with all accessories. Full details are in our Return Policy.

5. Assessment fee

If a returned device is found to be out of warranty, damaged by the customer (for example physical or liquid damage, or warranty-void conditions), or no fault is found or the reported fault cannot be replicated, an assessment fee of R420.00 (incl. VAT) may be charged. The device will be released back to you once this fee is paid.
